CHEF DAVID RISSLAND

An international chef with a rich and inspiring journey, David Rissland works between the South of France and several African destinations, drawing inspiration from cultures, local ingredients, and human connections. Known for his refined aesthetic sensibility as much as for his culinary excellence, he creates dining experiences where every detail contributes to a larger story.

MOJJERE is proud to accompany Chef David Rissland in selected venues and projects, including at Tiki Beach in Saint-Tropez through La Plage MOJJERE — a collaboration that celebrates the art of hospitality, cultural dialogue, and the beauty of artisanal craftsmanship.

CHEFFE HAFIDA

A passionate chef and founder of Cat&Ring Event, Hafida creates generous, colorful cuisine inspired by her travels around the world. Spices, flavors, and culinary traditions shape her creations, which she reimagines with elegance and a genuine sense of hospitality.

A regular presence at Paris Fashion Weeks and prestigious events, she also serves as Events Chef at Hôtel de Pourtalès in Paris, curating refined and memorable dining experiences.

The collaboration between MOJJERE and Chef Hafida is rooted in a shared love of artful living. Her vibrant culinary creations naturally meet MOJJERE's artistic tableware, creating experiences where beauty, culture, and emotion come together around the table.
