ORDER PREPARATION & DELIVERY

In-stock orders are prepared within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated delivery takes 3–5 business days to the United Kingdom, Europe and the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination. If a product requires a different lead time, this will be stated on its product page.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

IMPORT DUTIES & TAXES

For deliveries to Europe and the United States, MOJJERE covers applicable import duties and taxes. There are no additional import charges to pay upon delivery.

TRACK YOUR ORDER

You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched.

CAREFULLY PACKED

Each piece is checked and securely packed for shipping. If an item arrives damaged, please email contact@mojjere.com as soon as possible with your order number and, where possible, photographs of the item and packaging. We will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
