Non, et c’est intentionnel. Chaque création MOJJERE est façonnée et décorée à la main. De légères variations de couleur, de texture ou de forme peuvent exister d’une pièce à l’autre ; elles font partie intégrante du processus artisanal et constituent la signature et l’authenticité de chaque pièce.

Oui. Certaines collection MOJJERE sont produites en édition limitée à 200 pièces dans le monde. Une fois la série épuisée, elle n’est pas reproduite, afin de préserver la rareté et la valeur de collection de ces créations.

Les délais varient selon la destination (par exemple : Royaume-Uni 3 à 5 jours ouvrés en livraison standard, international 7 à 10 jours ouvrés).
Dès l’expédition, un numéro de suivi est envoyé par email, permettant de suivre la commande en temps réel via le transporteur.

Chaque pièce est soigneusement inspectée puis emballée à l’aide de matériaux de protection adaptés aux objets fragiles.
Pour les commandes à valeur élevée ou les expéditions internationales, une assurance “valeur totale” peut être proposée en option et est vivement recommandée.

Oui. Les retours sont acceptés dans un délai de 14 jours après réception, à condition que l’article soit neuf, non utilisé, et retourné dans son emballage d’origine avec un conditionnement sécurisé (idéalement l’emballage protecteur initial).
Les variations liées au caractère fait main ne peuvent toutefois pas être considérées comme des défauts.
