Due to the delicate nature of our ceramics, special care must be taken to ensure the longevity of your MOJJERE products.

Care for Gold/Platinum Decorated Items: Dry decorated pieces with a soft cloth after washing. If the decoration dulls over time due to storage or infrequent use, polish gently with a soft cloth or silver cleaner.
Storage: To avoid scratches, place a soft material between stacked items.
9. Returns and Refunds Policy
Due to the breakable nature of our ceramics, we regret that we cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been opened, used, or damaged post-delivery, unless the product arrives defective or damaged.
Eligibility for Returns
Claims for returns must be made within 14 days of receiving the product.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that returns are packed securely. MOJJERE reserves the right to reject returns if items are damaged due to insufficient packaging.
Damaged or Defective Items
If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence of the damage, including images of the item and packaging.In cases of damage, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or refund depending on availability and the situation.
Exemptions from Returns
We do not accept returns for items that are broken or mishandled after delivery. Minor variations in size, color, or design due to the handcrafted nature of the product do not qualify for returns. Custom or personalized items are non-returnable.
10. Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order before it has been dispatched. Once dispatched, you will be responsible for the return of the product, subject to our return policy.
11. Warranty
MOJJERE products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow care instructions. Damage resulting from accidents or improper handling. Normal wear and tear, such as scratches or fading.
