We offer both standard and expedited shipping options to accommodate your schedule:

UK Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days
UK Expedited Shipping: 1–2 business days
International Shipping: 7–10 business days

Shipping to the United States:

Once dispatched, deliveries typically arrive within 48 hours. Parcels are shipped via Chronopost with evening departures from Toulouse to Paris, then flown directly to major U.S. destinations such as New York, Boston, or Los Angeles. From there, UPS or FedEx completes the final leg of the journey, depending on your region and service level.

Estimated Real-time Tracking & Delivery Flexibility

You will receive a Chronopost tracking number upon dispatch. As your parcel reaches the U.S., the final courier will send live delivery updates via SMS or email—including options to reschedule, reroute, or authorize delivery to someone else.

Insurance & Peace of mind

We offer optional full-value (ad valorem) insurance for high-value purchases. This ensures that in the unlikely event of loss or damage, the full value of your Mojjere piece is protected. We strongly recommend this option for international orders and collectors purchasing multiple items.

Understand the Limited Nature: Each collection is capped at just 200 pieces worldwide. Once sold out, these items will never be recreated, maintaining their rarity and collector value.

Secure Shipping Destination: If possible, ship to a location where someone can sign for the item. This helps prevent delays and ensures safe receipt.

However, due to the fragile nature and limited quantity of our collections, we maintain a returns policy that protects both our customers and the integrity of our artwork.

Eligibility for Returns

Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Returns must be packed securely. We recommend using the original protective packaging. Mojjere reserves the right to reject returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. Include clear photos of the item and packaging to help us assess the situation. Depending on availability, we will offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund. Our goal is to make it right—always.

Non-returnable items

Items broken or mishandled after delivery - Custom or personalized pieces - Variations in glaze, shape, or dimension that reflect the hand-made process and artistic intent.
