  • What is the estimated delivery time?
    For the US: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 48 hours (2 business days). For example, items dispatched on a Monday usually arrive by Wednesday or Thursday, depending on flight connections.
  • What is the shipping process?
    - Parcels are dispatched via Chronopost, with evening departures from Toulouse to Paris. - From Paris, packages fly directly to the appropriate U.S. destination (e.g., New York, Boston, Los Angeles). - Final delivery in the U.S. is handled by UPS or FedEx, depending on the destination and service agreements.
  • How can I track my order?
    Customers receive a Chronopost tracking number, followed by local updates (SMS or email) from the final U.S. carrier with delivery details and options (e.g., reschedule, authorize someone else to receive it, etc.).
  • How is the safety of my order ensured?
    All items are packaged with protective foam and double-corrugated cardboard to reduce the risk of damage. Despite our care, we recommend that customers inspect the parcel upon delivery and report any visible damage immediately with written reservations to the delivery carrier.
  • Is my order insured?
    We offer optional full-value insurance (ad valorem) for high-value items, covering 100% of the item’s value in case of damage or loss.
